Trump ally Vivek Ramaswamy trolled Joe Biden on Wednesday by working a trash route after the Democrat US President labeled MAGA supporters “garbage.”
Footage showed the former Republican presidential candidate helping sanitation workers in Charlotte, North Carolina, riding in a garbage truck to collect trash cans and dispose of refuse.
“We’re not the garbage, we’re taking out the garbage,” Ramaswamy wrote in an X post.

Ramaswamy rode the trash truck to a pro-Trump event, where he delivered a speech wearing a neon yellow vest and interviewed his sanitation co-worker, Leo.
WOW! It wasn't just Trump. Vivek Ramaswamy also became a professional garbage collector today 😂😂😂

We turned Biden's disgusting insult into a nationwide movement to get people to appreciate blue-collar workers again.

I hope that October 30th every year becomes the day we remember & appreciate the brave Americans who take out our garbage, too often without due gratitude. Learned a lot yesterday, thanks to my new friend Leo! 💪🏼 🇺🇸 pic.twitter.com/9OQUWnyDJE

The single most remarkable political shift I’ve seen in traveling the country over the last 18 months: support from black men for Republicans. They’re influencing their families too: listen to this mom, so proud of her sons, now voting Republican for the first time ever. Sorry… pic.twitter.com/seTgisquEQ

Ramaswamy’s trolling effort came as former President Donald Trump pulled a trash stunt of his own, deplaning Trump Force One and climbing into a garbage truck before driving to reporters for a press conference.
“How do you like my garbage truck?” Trump, leaning out of the truck wearing a neon safety vest, asked reporters in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Trump’s stunt referenced Biden’s shocking comments describing MAGA supporters as “garbage” on Tuesday night in reaction to comedian Tony Hinchcliffe joking that Puerto Rico was a “floating island of garbage” during Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally Sunday.
