A pair of men named James Marvin Herndon and Mark Whiteside published a paper in the “Advances In Social Sciences Research Journal” last month accusing the United Nations of engaging in a conspiracy to destroy the Earth’s environment.
Herndon has a BA degree in physics from the University of California, San Diego and a Ph.D. degree in nuclear chemistry from Texas A&M University and Dr. Whiteside has a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Miami and has been the Medical Director of the Florida Department of Health in Monroe County since 2008.
Despite their credentials, mainstream media will not touch on the groundbreaking accusations made in the research paper published by Herndon and Whiteside on August 25th.
Titled, “Collapse of Earth’s Biosphere: A Case of Planetary Treason,” the authors write, “Earth’s life support systems are breaking down, including the stratospheric ozone layer, which protects all higher life on the planet from deadly ultraviolet radiation.”
Herndon and Whiteside attribute the breakdown in Earth’s environment to human activities, yet not the types typically cited by Climate Change alarmists.
The paper mostly focuses on geoengineering and its largely overlooked negative effects on Mother Earth.
“We present further evidence that coal fly ash, utilized in tropospheric aerosol geoengineering, is the primary cause of stratospheric ozone depletion, not chlorofluorocarbons, as ‘decreed’ by the Montreal Protocol. The misdiagnosis was a potentially fatal mistake by mankind,” the pair writes in the paper’s abstract.
Elaborating, the paper states, “Coal fly ash particles, uplifted to the stratosphere, are collected and trapped by polar stratospheric clouds. In springtime, as these clouds begin to melt/evaporate, multiple coal fly ash compounds and elements are released to react with and consume stratospheric ozone. Contrary to the prevailing narrative, the stratospheric ozone layer has already been badly damaged and now increasingly deadly ultraviolet radiation, UV-B and UV-C, penetrates to Earth’s surface.”
In the abstract’s conclusion, Herndon and Whiteside warn humanity’s “time is short to permanently end all geoengineering activities,” specifically “aerosolized coal fly ash, they say are sprayed out of jets and “into the troposphere” where it’s “systematically breaking down Earth’s support systems and poisoning life on this planet.”
Following the overview of the paper, the authors dive into what they call the “deliberate collapse of Earth’s biosphere.”
Here, they observe the large and unprecedented global population declines of plants, bugs and animals over the past fifty or sixty years.
The next part of the paper, titled, “United Nations Complicity,” cites a 1978 UN treaty dealing with environmental modification techniques that allegedly allowed “unspecified entities” to engage in “peaceful” environmental modification activities in nations signing onto the agreement.
An example of the UN program provided in the paper is the aerial phenomenon known as “chemtrails,” which are the long-lasting streams of mist left behind some airplanes.
According to the doctors, “The coal fly ash jet-emplaced pollution, shown in Figure 2 [below] is conducted covertly without the informed consent of the citizens who must breathe the toxic particles.”
Later in the paper, the authors claim they’ve twice sent “a perspective” to the World Health Organization only for their submissions to be rejected without being subjected to a peer-review.
They also accuse a United Nations Environment Program of focusing on greenhouse gases too much when it comes to things like global warming instead of the tropospheric particulates that are being manipulated via geoengineering.
“On one hand the United Nations’ IPCC deceives the public as to the cause of global warming [45]. On the other hand, the United Nations’ sanctions are in fact causing global warming and climate chaos by ‘geoengineering’ actions undertaken in secret under aegis of its Trojan horse International Treaty,” the pair states.
While the UN is said to be creating the crisis and lying about the true cause, the doctors say the World Health Organization does its part by ignoring and suppressing any “mention of the adverse public health consequences.”
The research goes on to describe how the “chemtrail” geoengineering program is allegedly destroying Earth’s stratospheric ozone layer.
Remember the ozone layer media blitz in the 90s?
Well, Herndon and Whiteside say the 1989 UN “Montreal Protocol” that regulated halogen-containing chemicals that readily form gases and labeled these chemicals the main cause of ozone depletion got it all wrong.
They write that in the 33 years since the “Montreal Protocol” was adopted, “Earth’s stratospheric ozone continues to decline, and atmospheric scientists either do not know or will not say how badly the ozone layer has been damaged.”
“Stratospheric ozone depletion may be the biosphere’s most imminent threat,” they claim, not chlorofluorocarbon gases as the global elite would have us believe.
The paper provides insight into how the coal fly ash reacts with different cloud types and how its primary elements can be found in post-chemtrail snowfalls that should not contain large amounts of things like barium and aluminum.
In the paper’s conclusion, the authors state, “Aerosolized coal fly ash particles are responsible, not only for the destruction of stratospheric ozone, which shields surface-life from deadly solar ultraviolet radiation, but for harm to human and environmental health, including neurodegenerative disease, copd and respiratory disease, lung cancer, cardiovascular disease, covid-19 and immunopathology.”
The global program also “disrupts habitats, contaminates the environment with mercury, decimates populations of insects, bats, and birds, kills trees, exacerbates wildfires, enables harmful algae in our waters, and destroys the stratospheric ozone layer,” they write.
Herndon and Whiteside describe the situation humanity faces as a “global technological assault on our planet’s natural environment and all its biota by barbarian entities without compassion or remorse” and call the globalist agenda “no less than Planetary Treason.”
In closing, they warn “time is short” before mankind goes extinct and call for all “tropospheric jet-spraying of coal fly ash and any other particulate matter” to “cease and desist” so we can save Earth’s vital life support systems such as the stratospheric ozone layer.
On Monday, Herndon joined “Coast to Coast AM” with George Noory to further discuss his findings.
He told Noory, “There is a global cabal that wants to take over the Earth,” which involves the United Nations and alleged bad actors are engaging in environmental “warfare” against humanity.
