We just won the Trump Campaign/RNC lawsuit against Bucks County, PA.
We will now have extended early in-person mail-voting through November 1st — three extra days.
We will keep fighting. Go vote! Stay in line!
“This is a landmark victory that will allow our voters to cast those votes pursuant to Pennsylvania law,” he told reporters in a conference call. “We will leave no stone unturned in ensuring a fair, accurate, and secure and transparent election — not just for Republican voters, but for all voters.”
Judge Jeffrey Trauger ruled that Bucks County officials violated Pennsylvania Election Code when they turned away voters hours before the 5 p.m. deadline.
“Defendants actions in turning away voters who sought to apply for a mail-in ballot and receive one in person before the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on October 29, 2024 violated the Pennsylvania Election Code,” Trauger wrote in his ruling.

In response to the lawsuit filed by the Trump Campaign and the @GOP a Bucks County Judge ruled voters in Bucks County will be able to “apply for, receive, vote, and return a mail-in ballot” until close of business on Friday November 1st. pic.twitter.com/uI5LTtw0xN
He added that “defendants shall permit any persons who wish to apply for, receive, vote, and return a mail-in ballot” by 5 p.m. on November 1.
Whatley had announced Tuesday during a MAGA rally that the Trump campaign would sue Bucks County after numerous videos emerged on social media showing Bucks County Emergency Services officials and police shutting down early voting lines well before the polls closed at 5 p.m. EST.

The PA Secretary of State’s office and the Bucks County Government had denied these reports and assured voters they would be able to cast their vote by 5 p.m. EST.
Earlier today, we spoke with Bucks County election officials who assured us that every registered voter who goes to their county election office by 5 p.m. today will be provided an opportunity to apply for their mail ballot.

Please be patient with all county election office…
Looks like the judge’s ruling completely undermined their insistences, as well as Gov. Josh Shapiro’s assurances, that the voting process was being conducted fairly in Pennsylvania.
