Former President Donald Trump eclipsed and humiliated Gov. Ron Desantis (R-Fla.) at the Iowa State Fair on Saturday.
As DeSantis was flipping burgers and speaking to a crowd, Trump flew over the fairgrounds in Des Moines, drawing the impressed crowd away and prompting them to chant “We want Trump!”

DeSantis was seen walking with his family through the MAGA crowd amid chants of “We love Trump! We want Trump!”

Trump also jabbed at DeSantis once he arrived at the event, claiming the Florida governor can only draw small crowds.
“[DeSantis] only had a few people show up. It’s a big difference,” Trump said.

Trump remains 40 points ahead of DeSantis as the primaries draw closer, and this incident won’t likely move the needle in DeSantis’ favor.
