Several members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation were notified of their termination Friday, with other high-level officials given the weekend to decide whether to leave voluntarily or be forcibly removed.
Reports Friday state the Trump administration could dismiss FBI employees who took part in January 6 investigations.
CNN writes: “The Trump administration is set to expand a purge of career law enforcement officials, with dozens of FBI agents who worked on January 6, 2021, US Capitol attack and Trump-related investigations as well as some supervisors being evaluated for possible removal as soon as the end of Friday, according to people briefed on the matter.”
CNN claims Trump-aligned DOJ interim staff have been “drawing up lists of people whose work at the bureau has earned disfavor with Trump for a variety of reasons,” adding several agents have been notified “that they may be asked to resign or face termination.”
Additionally, several top-level officials at the Bureau have been given til Monday to decide whether to be fired.
“And at the FBI, at least six senior FBI leaders have been ordered to retire, resign or be fired by Monday, sources briefed on the matter have told CNN.”

At least five top FBI officials in major U.S. cities – Miami, Philadelphia, Washington, New Orleans and Las Vegas – were ordered to resign or be fired, one of the sources told Reuters, speaking on condition of anonymity. Another source said that a sixth senior FBI official, in Los Angeles, was given a similar order.
Trump also fired the heads of more than 20 FBI field offices on Thursday.
The dismissal of anti-Trump feds comes as the president attempts to purge stay-behind Biden establishment stooges who may threaten the MAGA agenda, which could possibly include any agents who participated in the raid on his Mar-a-Lago resort.
“Given your significant role in prosecuting the President, I do not believe that the leadership of the Department can trust you to assist in implementing the President’s agenda faithfully,” reads a letter obtained by CNN from acting Attorney General James McHenry to a dismissed agent.

On top of the that, aides of Elon Musk locked career servants out of computer systems Friday restricting access to certain government systems.
Reuters reported Friday:
Aides to Elon Musk charged with running the U.S. government human resources agency have locked career civil servants out of computer systems that contain the personal data of millions of federal employees, according to two agency officials.

The two officials, who spoke to Reuters on condition of anonymity for fear of retaliation, said some senior career employees at OPM have had their access revoked to some of the department’s data systems.
The Trump administration is certainly moving swiftly to eliminate internal threats, or “enemies from within,” who could potentially hinder or derail the MAGA agenda.
The purge follows warnings from Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn on Friday’s edition of The Alex Jones Show saying Democrat stay-behind networks and lackeys of far-left ex-President Barack Obama are still embedded in the government and are still running covert operations from within the executive branch.
“I do want him [Trump] to really take a hard look at his authorities to be able to remove people that need to be removed and be able to reduce the size of the executive branch…” Flynn said.
