Update: The United Nations International Court of Justice will hold public hearings on Monday, March 7th and Tuesday, March 8th regarding Russia’s claims of a Ukrainian genocide against the people of the Donbas region.
During an emergency UN meeting in Geneva, Switzerland Tuesday morning, several Western diplomats walked out of the building in protest of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s speech.
The immature stunt comes at a time when the politicians should be soaking in everything the Russians have to say in order to best prepare for a peaceful resolution and to avoid further escalation of the conflict in Ukraine.
Diplomats from the U.S., U.K., and other E.U. nations participated in the walkout.
Lavrov’s speech, presented to the UN Human Rights Council, focused on what Russia calls a “genocide” against the people of Ukraine’s Donbas region.
The Russian Foreign Minister told the remaining assembly members that since February 2022 alone, over 100,000 refugees have allegedly fled the Donbas area to find refuge in Russia.
Lavrov claims the Russians have documented criminal violations of human rights committed by Kiev authorities and provided a link to an online exhibition of photos and videos showing the alleged war crimes in which Ukrainian military and neo-Nazi volunteer battalions engaged.
The images and videos provided by the Russians are extremely graphic and should be viewed with caution.

Infowars has not independently verified any of these pictures, videos or their connections to terrorist acts by Ukraine against the people of the Donbas region.
This information was provided by the Russian government and should be viewed with the same amount of skepticism one would use when viewing information coming from CNN.
Continuing, Lavrov told the UN diplomats Putin’s decision to launch the military operation in Ukraine came at the request of the leaders of both the Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic.
According to Russia and the people of these self-proclaimed Republics, the Ukrainians have been committing genocide against the region’s citizens for the last eight years.
Lavrov noted that Ukraine is “being dragged into NATO. The country is being flooded with offensive weapons and is a country that has openly made territorial claims against the Russian Federation and threatened to use force and acquire a military nuclear capability.”
Next, the Russians cited the 1970 Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Co-operation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations as the precedent for the invasion.
The Russian Foreign Minister claimed that, “The Kiev and neo-Nazi government was not and is not a government of the peoples of Ukraine,” and that Ukraine does qualify as a state that warrants “respect to its territorial integrity.”
Furthermore, Lavrov said, “The U.S. and its allies who are directly responsible for numerous violations of human rights and international humanitarian law, and crimes that have made victims of hundreds of thousands of ordinary people in Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan are once again demonstrating their double standards.”
The current Ukrainian administration, the Russian diplomat claimed, is a perfect example of how being a “loyal vessel” of the West allows nations to trample human rights, kill people and cultivate neo-Nazi traditions without any repercussions from the establishment.
Speaking to the people of Ukraine, Lavrov noted the Kremlin doesn’t want to take over their nation and sees them as native Russians, and urged them to help “stop the attempts of the temporary powers that have illegally seized power.”
This is a reference to the fact that the U.S. and other Western nations engaged in a regime change operation in Ukraine in 2014 with the help of George Soros, leaving puppet politicians in charge in the years following.
The global media establishment is trying to hide Putin’s latest speech as well as Lavrov’s UN address, but with the threat of WWIII looming, Infowars feels it is imperative for the people of the world to have access to information coming from all sides of this sometimes confusing geopolitical debacle.
