Joe Biden appeared to forget he’s the U.S. president again, calling his VP Kamala Harris a “great president” while wishing her a happy birthday.
“Happy Birthday to a great president,” Biden said to Harris during a speech on Monday before claiming she just “turned 30.”

Biden made the gaffe during a Diwali celebration event at the White House flanked by his wife Jill Biden and Harris.
This isn’t the first, second, or even third time Biden referred to Harris as the President of the United States.
Biden referred to Harris as the president during a speech in March 2021.

This is just another typical example of 79-year-old Biden’s deteriorating mental health on display, just days before the midterm elections.
