Don Lemon, media diva and former CNN anchor, had a difficult time wrapping his mind around the fact that most people don’t trust the mainstream media anymore.
During a man on the street segment of his online show “The Don Lemon Show,” Lemon’s attempt to portray Elon Musk as the true president of the United States backfired after a man with his own mic rejected Lemon’s media sources.
“Democratic lawmakers in Washington are calling Elon Musk ‘President Musk’ now and they’re saying Donald Trump is the vice president or the head of communications…” Lemon began.
“Wait a second. No one said that,” the man responded, adding he doesn’t pay attention to mainstream media spin.
HAHAHA… Don Lemon’s attempt to spread propaganda about @elonmusk instantly backfires on him.

Lemon then proposed the man pull out his phone to Google “President Musk” and see which media outlets reported on it.
When the man began listing off mainstream media sources like Axios, Business Insider, ABC News, The Washington Post and the New York Times, Lemon started taking a victory lap.
But the man shut him down.
“We don’t trust any of this. The common man doesn’t trust any of this,” he said. “I don’t trust any of these.”
“No one trusts the government, no one trusts the common news — we don’t trust that anymore. Independent news. We are the ones that own the news now. People trust me, they don’t trust MSNBC because I care, and I’m actually one of them.”
Lemon admitted, “I can’t disagree with you. I don’t watch corporate media anymore.”
The man threw his hands up. “Well then!”
Democrats have been arguing Musk is the real president after he helped torpedo a $100 billion spending package by marshaling the power of X’s user base to pressure lawmakers who were pushing it through the House.
The mainstream media is dying fast, with networks like CNN and MSNBC losing over half their viewers just since the election, ostensibly because they lied to their viewers for months about Kamala Harris’s chances of defeating Donald Trump.
