Deranged leftist Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) called on President Donald Trump to look into the legal immigration status of his wife, First Lady Melania Trump, ridiculously suggesting she could be eligible for deportation.
Waters made the comments during an anti-DOGE rally in Los Angeles over the weekend.
“When [Trump] talks about birthright, and he’s going to undo the fact that the Constitution allows those who are born here, even if the parents are undocumented, they have a right to stay in America,” Waters said.
“If he wants to start looking so closely to find those who where born here and their parents were undocumented, maybe [we] ought to first look at Melania,” the unhinged Democrat told a fired-up crowd.
“We don’t know whether her parents were documented, and maybe we better just take a look,” stated the radical leftist, evidently now supportive of deporting undocumented people.
Waters was referring to an executive order Trump signed on his first day in office restricting automatic birthright citizenship for children born in the U.S. to non-residents, otherwise known as “anchor babies.”
Although Melania was born in Yugoslavia, she legally became an American citizen in 2006, and isn’t subject to the birthright citizenship order.
Newsweek explained Melania “is the first U.S. first lady to be a naturalized citizen and the second to be born outside the United States, following Louisa Catherine Johnson Adams, wife of President John Quincy Adams, who was born in London in 1775.”
Commenting on Waters’ asinine statements, DOGE lead Elon Musk remarked, “At some point, the many crimes of Maxine Waters will catch up to her.”
We can only hope this is the case, as she’s for years been one of the leading Democrats ratcheting up political tensions in America by espousing inflammatory rhetoric and support for violence against Trump supporters and Republicans.
