Independent journalist Patrick Lancaster released another on-the-ground report Thursday, this time filming an area of the city of Mariupol that has been totally destroyed by recent fighting.

The first man Lancaster interviewed, Alexander, claimed he had been shot at by Ukrainian troops two times the day before.

First, the Ukraine military allegedly fired at him as he rode his bike down the street with groceries.

Later that same day, they shot at him when he tried to take a swim in the Sea of Azov.

The main sect of the Ukrainian military that would engage in this type of behavior is the Azov Brigade, a neo-Nazi nationalist group and movement.

Alexander told the camera the Azov “are drug addicts and alcoholics that used to shoot civilians. It was Azov. They used to shoot at civilians, at children, at everybody.”

Another man interviewed by Lancaster described Ukrainian soldiers entering an area heavily occupied by civilians and provoking Russian and DPR troops to fire at the location.

According to the local resident, Ukraine troops fired 50 to 100 times while sitting around 100 yards away from a building where nearly one thousand residents were hiding while the Russians only fired back three times.

“I really don’t know how they managed to be so patient,” the man said. “They could have easily leveled this quarter to the ground if they had given in to their emotions.”

Upon being asked for his opinion on Ukrainian President Zelensky and Russian President Putin, the guy answered, “I don’t know. I don’t really care whose shells landed here. I’m for peace, that’s it. God’s peace, the one that God gives.”

The man sarcastically asked, “Where is Zelensky? Where is Putin or maybe their families? Are they here?”

The Mariupol man took Lancaster through the old part of the city and showed buildings built in the 1800s that survived World War II, a civil war and the Russo-Ukrainian War, but are now destroyed.

Another person interviewed, an anti-war Krishnaite, said the Ukraine military placed citizens into the city’s theater before firing at the Russians from just 50-100 meters away.

The individual was injured while in the theater after a mine hit nearby, and it took him days to recover from his shell shock.

While mainstream media ignores Ukrainian war crime allegations, hundreds of testimonies continue to be shared online.
