A selectively-edited video produced by Democrats stirred outrage after it was presented as evidence that President Donald Trump incited in insurrection at the US Capitol on January 6.
After the footage was presented, former congressman Jason Chaffetz questioned whether the spliced and diced video violated House rules on dissemination of manipulated media.
