An alleged killer who fled justice in his home country of Venezuela was arrested days ago by federal immigration authorities in Georgia.
On Thursday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) released footage of the bust, which unfolded on Saturday in Atlanta.
Officers from ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Atlanta tracked the suspect in unmarked vehicles, eventually pulling him over in a residential neighborhood and taking him into custody.
“ICE agents in Atlanta took a 30-year-old Venezuelan illegal alien into custody—wanted for murder in his home country,” ERO Atlanta explained in a statement.
“He crossed our border, hid among us, and thought he got away. He didn’t. Justice has a long memory—and a badge.”
Also on Thursday, ICE announced the apprehension of a confirmed Tren de Aragua terrorist by ICE San Antonio.
Federal authorities continue to hunt down dangerous Venezuelan nationals, many of whom were welcomed into the U.S by the Biden regime despite being affiliated with international criminal networks and gangs.
