Researchers are finally beginning to seriously investigate tinnitus as a potential side effect of the experimental Covid vaccine after thousands of similar reports have popped up.
The research into the persistent high-pitched ringing in the ears comes after University of Arizona College of Medicine neurophysiologist Dr. Shaowen Bao discovered a Facebook group dedicated to “Tinnitus and Hearing Loss/Impairment after COVID vaccination.”
Dr. Bao, who is also a longtime tinnitus sufferer, says his research suggests “the vaccine is interacting with pre-existing risk factors for tinnitus.”
“If you have the risk factor, you will probably get it from the first dose,” he stated, according to the Daily Mail.
“Vaccination is an immune response; it could cause inflammation – peripheral inflammation – and peripheral inflammation could affect the brain where the tinnitus is initiated,” continued Dr. Bao, who sampled 400 members of the 4.1K-follower group.
Dr. Bao said that in one case a man’s tinnitus symptoms were so severe he couldn’t hear his radio.
Infowars readers were first alerted of the Covid jab recipients’ tinnitus symptoms back in May 2021, just months after the rollout of the experimental mRNA injections, when we were tipped off to Subreddit r/CovidVaccinated in which vaccinated people were comparing and asking about adverse reactions.
In one anecdote, a vaccinated Redditor complained of developing “pulsatile tinnitus” after their first dose of the Moderna vaccine, and asked whether they should still risk getting a second dose and worsening their symptoms.
“My question is has anybody who developed pulsing gotten the second shot and it gotten worse or better? With Moderna being 80% effective after one dose and having antibodies Im having a tough time rationalizing risking hearing loss or worsening the condition for 10% more effectiveness. Any similar experiences especially regarding the pulsing after the second shot would be appreciated,” the user stated.
Less than a week after our report, which was highlighted on DrudgeReport.com, we reported on comedian Chelsea Handler suffering hearing loss on one side after receiving her second dose of Moderna’s Covid-19 vaccine.
Fast-forward to April 2022 and the World Health Organization admitted they were investigating a potential link between “Covid-19 vaccines and hearing loss and tinnitus,” publishing a newsletter containing a report cataloguing numerous cases of patients of varying age and sex who experienced the symptoms after receiving either the Pfizer or Moderna mRNA jab.
The Daily Mail reports that even the founder and director of the Mayo Clinic’s Vaccine Research Group in Rochester, Minnesota, Dr. Gregory Poland, has “detailed his ordeal with tinnitus after getting his Covid vaccines, telling NBC News last year that he thought the sudden noise ‘was a dog whistle going off right next to me.’”
Indeed, there has been much anecdotal evidence and even numerous studies pointing to a link between the jabs and hearing loss or tinnitus.
The nonprofit Children’s Health Defense says over 16,000 reports of post-Covid jab tinnitus have been reported to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
But despite the multitude of reports and the World Health Organization’s own acknowledgement, the CDC just last week released a statement maintaining there’s no evidence substantiating a link between Covid-19 vaccines and tinnitus.
In an NBC News segment, the media outlet played cover for the CDC by claiming it’s hard to pinpoint whether the Covid jabs are the actual cause of the tinnitus symptoms.
“Part of our problem here is that tinnitus is so common,” said NBC News medical reporter Erika Edwards. “It can affect up to 25 percent of adults at any given time so it’s really hard to tease out whether these vaccines caused ringing in the ears or whether these cases would have popped up anyway.”
Imagine suffering life-altering tinnitus or hearing loss just days after your Covid jab – only to be gaslit by the CDC and NBC News and told your symptoms would have manifested anyway.
Could the CDC be refusing to acknowledge a tinnitus link to the jabs because it would be an admission the jabs are faulty? Or are they possibly ignoring potential links to avoid paying compensation to victims?
