A potentially “infinite” number of aliens are being admitted into the U.S. via murky federal immigration programs that receive virtually no attention or scrutiny.
While approximately 1.4 million aliens have entered the country using the CBP One app (852,000+) or CHNV parole process (531,000+) just since January of 2023, countless more have taken advantage of lesser-known pathways, such as the Family Reunification Program, Central American Minors Program, and Uniting for Ukraine.
Hart Celler, an anon account on X run by a government insider who describes himself as a “federal careerist,” sat down with immigration news outlet Border Hawk to explain how these schemes work and why a severe lack of oversight is placing American citizens in grave danger as our nation is flooded with poorly-vetted foreign nationals – many of whom are hardened criminals or future lawbreakers.
Untold millions of aliens have “legally” entered the U.S. via initiatives and processes offered by Customs and Border Protection since Joe Biden took office.
Additionally, millions of “gotaways” and “undetected unlawful entrants” have illegally crossed U.S. land and sea borders without being apprehended.
“A ‘gotaway’ has a very specific definition in law. In order to be a gotaway, you have to have been observed, either directly or indirectly… and then you didn’t either go back into Mexico or Canada, and ultimately, you were not arrested,” Hart Celler explained.
Hart Celler also listed a variety of mechanisms by which the incoming Trump administration can carry out mass deportations, which he says are “entirely doable” from a legal standpoint.
