The CDC is investigating after a middle-aged woman in Michigan died from a brain hemorrhage mere days after receiving the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.

According to Fox 17, the death certificate for Ionia County mother Anne VanGeest, 35, says she died from an “acute subarachnoid hemorrhage non-traumatic.”
Her family says the incident occurred just days after she received the fast-tracked, emergency-authorized vaccine that was temporarily pulled by the FDA over blood clot concerns.
“VanGeest died on April 19,” reports Fox17. “According to her family, VanGeest received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine 11 days before her death.”
She died “as the result of complications after receiving the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine,” the family said, adding that she’d developed a “heartache” 3 days before her death.
VanGeest’s physician reportedly submitted a report of her death to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).
The FDA and CDC officially recommended halting administration of the J&J vaccine on April 13, however by that time over 6.8 million jabs had already been administered.
The state of Michigan officially suspended J&J administration on April 12 after 200,000 doses had been administered, however they restarted use of the vaccine one day after the CDC lifted its advisory on April 24.
The vaccine was blamed for 15 cases of rare blood clots and three deaths before the CDC advised to halt administration. All 15 cases involved women.
Despite evidence that the vaccine has been responsible for several deaths, health officials are still insisting there’s no evidence VanGeest’s death was linked to the vaccine.
