Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon lambasted the establishment outside a New York courthouse on Thursday, asserting that the American people are now “paupers” for the administrative state.
“The administrative state is the number one enemy. Every one of you in this audience is nothing but a pauper,” Bannon told the reporters outside the Manhattan district attorney’s office.
“You know why you’re a pauper? Because of the Federal Reserve, the oligarchs on Wall Street, the oligarchs in Silicon Valley, and the Uniparty in Washington, D.C. Don’t ask me, look at your own lived experience.”

“Today, go home and look at your bank account, see what inflation is doing to you. See what’s happening to your capital markets.”
“You’re all in bondage – and the populist/nationalist movement offers you freedom, and we are not about to back down,” he added.
Bannon pleaded not guilty to defrauding donors who gave money to help build the wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
The case brought by New York prosecutors mirrors the federal case brought against him in 2020 before former President Trump pardoned him.
“It’s all nonsense. They will never shut me up, they’ll have to kill me first. I have not yet begun to fight,” Bannon said as he left court.
“They will never shut me up, they’ll have to kill me first.”
~Steve BannonIn every country where freedom was ripped away from the people by tyrants, that’s exactly the order it happened.
First they tried to silence them, then they killed them.
