Dem Rep. Ilhan Omar Asked “Why Do You Hate Christians?” After Tweeting Video Of Easter Plane Singers

Democratic Representative Ilhan Omar faces a torrent of backlash after she tweeted a video of Christians on a plane celebrating Easter by singing, with a caption about what would happen if she exercised her religious beliefs while flying.

The video is believed to be old footage of a charter flight, rather than a new video from on board a commercial airline, however its origin and context is unclear.

Nevertheless, the extreme leftist Rep. couldn’t hold back her disdain:

Omar is a Muslim born in Somalia. The intent of her comment, posted during Christian Holy week is obvious, and the backlash was swift:

If the freedom of religion we enjoy here in America disturbs you, feel free to pack your bags and head back to Somalia, Sudan, or wherever you’re from.
