An internal slide from IBM subsidiary Red Hat released by O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) on Monday further exposes the tech company’s anti-white racism with a graphic explaining “how whiteness works.”
“Whiteness constructs the game, hides the rules, then rigs the game, over and over again,” the Red Hat slide reads.

The graphic shows a revolving cycle comprised of three tactics Red Hat alleges “whiteness” uses: “Blindness”, “Power”, and “Divide and Conquer.”
Another slide claims the “real problem” in society is “white judgement, white theft, white supremacy, white elitism, white censorship, and white allowance.”
OMG on Friday also released an internal slide describing the company’s “Allyship Commandments” which reads like a religious text outlining race-based rules for employees to follow, and claiming that only white people can be racist.

This comes just days after OMG released leaked video of IBM CEO Arvind Krishna explaining to Red Hat executives how punitive measures will be taken unless they exercise racial discrimination in their hiring practices.
“You got to move both forward by a percentage that leads to a plus on your bonus,” Krishna said about hiring Hispanics, “and by the way if you lose, you lose part of your bonus.”

“Asians are not an underrepresented minority in tech in America…I’m not going to finesse this, for blacks we should try to get towards 13 percent,” Krishna added.
James O’Keefe highlighted the fact all these exposures came as a result of whistleblowers within Red Hat and IBM who are concerned about the company’s corporate anti-white culture.
This was one of the most remarkable things I’ve ever experienced.
IBM whistleblowers were calling in live and we LIVE-STREAMED the CEO of IBM talking about me and the recording of him.
And I think we’ve found a solution to the problem of whistleblowing: DO IT IN NUMBERS. https://t.co/3V83V37hhu

As O’Keefe noted, these discriminatory hiring practices violate “Title VII of the Civil Rights Act makes it illegal for employers to discriminate on the basis of race in the workplace.”
