Investigative journalist Paul Sperry responded Saturday on Twitter to the evidence that Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff (Calif.) had demanded Twitter silence him because he did not like Sperry’s politics.
Sperry had been permanently suspended from Twitter in February 2021 without warning or explanation.
Turns out, Rep. Schiff had pressured Twitter to censor Sperry months before for spreading “Q Anon conspiracies,” a recent Twitter Files batch revealed.

Incredibly, Schiff’s unconstitutional request was so egregious that even Twitter pushed back against the censorship request, saying “we don’t do that.”
Sperry’s account was reinstated last week after Elon Musk became CEO of Twitter.
Following the bombshell Twitter Files revealing Schiff’s role in censoring the journalist, Sperry explained how the California Democrat blatantly violated his oath to the Constitution and Article I.

Sperry also highlighted how the mainstream media has been ignoring the newsworthy story of a sitting congressman pressuring a social media company to censor the journalist.
“DC press corps, including WaPo & POLITICO, have failed to cover congressional leader Adam Schiff strong-arming Twitter to ban a journalist, abridging press freedom & free speech, despite the smoking-gun email released from #TwitterFiles. Protecting a prominent Democrat,” he noted.
