Brooklyn Nets player Kyrie Irving went off on a reporter who was badgering him about a video of Alex Jones he recently shared.
During a post-game interview in Brooklyn, New York, on Saturday, Irving found himself getting grilled by reporters over his sharing of politically incorrect videos and posts to his social media.
When ESPN reporter Nick Friedell brought up a video Irving recently shared of the Infowars founder breaking down secret societies and the New World Order, Irving defended his decision, noting what Alex Jones said was true.
“My post was a post from Alex Jones that he did in the late 90s, about secret societies in America, of occults. And it’s true,” Irving said.

“So I wasn’t identifying with anything being a campaignist [sic] for Alex Jones or anything. I was just there to post,” he continued. “And it’s funny, and it’s actually hilarious because out of all the things I posted that day, that was the one post that everyone chose to see. It just goes back to the way our world is and works. I’m not here to complain about it, I just exist.”

Irving also shared an Amazon link to a film called “Hebrews to Negroes: Wake Up Black America,” which Rolling Stone complained is filled with “anti-semitic tropes.”
When the reporter tried pressing him on posting “anti-semitic stuff,” Irving shut him down.
“Can you please stop calling it a promotion? What am I promoting?… Don’t dehumanize me up here.”
After a contentious back-and-forth, the interview abruptly ended, at which point Irving reportedly said, “Wish you would feel the same about Black reproductive rights, about the things that actually matter, instead of what I’m posting. Fix your life, bro.”
Irving has been a target of the media establishment ever since he caused a cultural uproar last year by refusing to receive the experimental COVID vaccine as a condition of playing basketball.
