Shark Tank investor Kevin O’Leary blasted Democratic nominee Kamala Harris for avoiding the press and being scant on her policy details.
In an appearance on Fox News, O’Leary asserted that a prospective U.S. president should have no issue with speaking to the press “under every scenario.”
“There’s no scenario where the President of the United States can’t head up a press conference. Under every scenario, every president, every president, has been able to address the press in the good times and the bad times,” O’Leary stated, adding Harris “has to start talking to the press.”

“There’s no optionality. There’s no scenario where anybody would be comfortable, particularly in the swing states. If I’m a swing voter, I’m thinking to myself, ‘what do we got here? Why won’t you talk to the press?’”
O’Leary went on to explain that as a “policy guy” and investor, he needs to know details about Kamala’s policies to make a decision about how to vote.
“I need explanation for these policies, because I have to invest in these policies. I have questions and I don’t get any answers,” he said.
“I’m not being unreasonable! Come out, come out wherever you are and talk to the press!” he added.
Harris still hasn’t answered questions from the press or sat down for an interview in the 37 days since becoming the Democrat nominee.
Harris herself insisted several weeks ago that she will appear for an interview by the end of the month, but with only 3 days to go until her self-imposed deadline, still no interviews have been scheduled.
