For the first time since he captured the White House, the majority of Americans no longer trust Joe Biden’s word on COVID-19, according to a mainstream poll.
According to an Axios-Ipsos poll, 53% of Americans said they have “little or no trust” in President Biden’s ability to provide accurate information about the China Virus.
“For the first time in his presidency, Joe Biden faces a trust deficit among Americans when it comes to COVID-19,” reported Axios. “Fewer than half now say they trust the president, a 13-percentage point decline from his high water mark right after his inauguration in January.”

The figure shows a net drop of 11 percentage points among Democrats, 17 points with independents and 10 points with Republicans.
“Compared to the January high point, Biden has lost trust relatively evenly across the board from Democrats (an 11-percentage point decline to 81% trust a great deal or fair amount) and Republicans (a 10-point decline to 11%). He has experienced a slightly larger decline among independents (a 17-point decline to 42%),” Axios reported.
“The latest findings point to malaise more than fear,” Axios continued. “But malaise could spell real trouble for a Democratic president who built his support on a pledge to steer the nation out of crisis — and whose party’s bare House and Senate majorities are on the line in 2022.”
These numbers run in tandem with Biden’s overall approval of 43%, the lowest of his “presidency,” due to the skyrocketing inflation and gas prices, the collapsed southern U.S. border, vaccine mandates, and his disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal.
“Eight months after President Joe Biden’s inauguration, his job approval rating has fallen six percentage points to 43%, the lowest of his presidency. For the first time, a majority, 53%, now disapproves of Biden’s performance,” Gallup reported last week.
Joe Biden’s rambling misspoken speech at the United Nations was as transparent as it was a veiled message to the International order.
