Democrat Rep. Dan Goldman (N.Y.) put out a video Wednesday instructing illegal aliens how to evade Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents — not only in English, but also Chinese.
“Every New York resident has rights when interacting with immigration enforcement. Whatever changes the next four years bring, please stay informed, stay safe, and stay united,” Goldman wrote on X.
In his video, Goldman outlines how illegal aliens can exercise their “rights” when confronted by ICE agents, including refusing to answer the door, not consenting to searches, and remaining silent if taken into custody.

Curiously, Goldman also put out his announcement not only with Spanish subtitles, but Chinese subtitles as well.

As Libs of TikTok pointed out, Goldman appears to be prioritizing Chinese illegal aliens over the safety of American citizens.

Chinese citizens are clearly not “refugees” escaping from impoverished or war-torn areas — in fact, China is now a global superpower.
Infowars has documented the many illegal entries and criminal activities of Chinese nationals who’ve poured into the U.S. under the feckless Biden administration.
Chinese illegal alien criminals were recently arrested in a smuggling bust in Miami, while others were arrested in Texas with $250,000 in gold bars.
Yet another Chinese illegal alien was charged for voting illegally in the 2024 election in Michigan, and other Chinese operatives were busted in 2023 running a billion-dollar marijuana farm operation across the U.S.
But others were charged for perpetrating more alarming national security crimes.
A group of Chinese nationals were arrested in December for illegally entering Guam during a U.S. military missile test, while another was charged with espionage in July after being caught using a drone to photograph a naval shipyard in Virginia.
Infowars reported in April 2024 that a Chinese national trying to illegally enter the U.S. warned that Chinese spies are already embedded in the country to steal U.S. technology and military secrets.
The last two years in particular have seen the most significant upsurge of Chinese illegals into the U.S. with the help of taxpayer-funded NGOs and Joe Biden’s Border Patrol.
About 38,000 Chinese illegals — mostly military-aged men — are still in the U.S. despite receiving deportation orders.
All this begs the question: Why did a Democrat member of Congress find it necessary to issue a statement in Chinese instructing illegals how to evade ICE?
