The two men can be seen yelling at each other at the front of the packed transport before the driver suddenly begins telling shocked riders to move to the rear.
“Ladies and gentlemen, go that way,” the driver urges repeatedly, waving onlookers away.
Moments later, the driver can be seen launching a savage assault on the accused spitter, slugging him in the face before pinning him to the seats and putting him in a chokehold.

“You f**ked up. What the f**k is wrong with you? You want to spit?” the drive can be heard yelling.
After slamming the rider’s head multiple times, the driver drags him to the floor and continues punching him in the face.
The beating goes on for some time as witnesses plead for the driver to stop.
Police arrived at the scene and found the men still engaged in combat.
Walker was reportedly arrested and charged with aggravated assault, while the passenger was also hit with an aggravated assault charge.
“This matter is currently under investigation, and we’re unable to comment on any specific details at this time. We don’t condone any form of assault aboard any of our vehicles or within our facilities,” a New Jersey Transit spokesperson told the New York Post.
“We can confirm that our driver was assaulted prior to the altercation. We want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that assaulting a transit employee is a serious offense and can result in a fine, jail time and/or a ban from riding the transit system.”
