Leftist fact-check site Snopes falsely claimed it debunked video of Alex Jones stopping a smuggler from illegally transporting children — despite footage clearly showing exactly that.
“On video, Jones was screaming and pointing at a vehicle carrying children, but doing little else,” sneered an editor at Snopes.

In footage that went viral on Tuesday, the Infowars crew had followed the illegal immigrant pipeline from a dirt floor camp under the Anzalduas international bridge to a Covid testing site, then to the Catholic Charities building in McAllen, Texas, where for hours they monitored women and children being loaded into vans.

As documented in previous reports, Catholic Charities doubles as a humanitarian respite center where the illegals are housed, given bags of clothing, then sent out the back door with manila envelopes in hand to be loaded onto vans and taken to airports, or bus stations from where they can go anywhere in the US they want.
After spotting a man cramming children into the back of a vehicle, completely disregarding Texas transportation law requiring children under 8 be restrained in a child safety seat, the Infowars host and crew members jumped into action using state law to help stop the children from being illegally transported.
After Jones and reporter Drew Hernandez stopped the van from leaving, McAllen police intervened and told the man to unload the children – successfully stopping the smuggling operation in progress.
Despite footage of the harrowing incident, Snopes claims “there is no evidence that the video shows anything other than what it appears to present: Jones and his cohorts surrounding and yelling at a car driven by a charity worker who was taking immigrant children a short distance to be screened for COVID-19.”
To note, the Texas Department of Transportation Child Passenger Safety law DOES NOT exempt children from being properly restrained while being transported “a short distance.” In fact, “Failure to properly restrain a child can result in a ticket of up to $250.”
Infowars has been at the forefront of documenting the Border Patrol catch-and-release illegal immigrant pipeline and Catholic Charities’ involvement in the smuggling process since its inception during the Obama administration.

Clearly Democrats have ordered their leftist minions at Snopes, on social media, and elsewhere to cast doubt on the video as it sheds light on their massive border crisis spiraling out of control.
