The Supreme Court upheld two Arizona voter fraud laws.

Although the 6-3 decision on Thursday revolves around voter laws enacted in 2016, it suggests that Democrats are facing an uphill battle to defeat voter fraud laws enacted since the 2020 election.

One law banned “ballot harvesting,” the collection of absentee ballots by anyone other than a relative or a caregiver.

“Arizona voters have the option of voting using early ballots that election officials mail to their homes,” reported the Arizona Mirror. “They can mail the ballot back, or drop them off in person.”

“Prior to the ban, it was common for Democratic campaigns and organizations to visit the homes of voters who hadn’t yet cast their ballots and collect them to mail themselves.”

The Supreme Court also upheld Arizona’s ban on ballots cast in the wrong precinct.

The decision could undermine Biden’s case against Georgia, according to Jonathan Turley.

“The opinion is a big win for the states on election laws and undermines the new lawsuit from Biden against Georgia,” he wrote.
