Antifa, the violent far-left anarcho-communist group that’s been terrorizing the US for the past 4 years, is “fictitious” and “doesn’t exist,” according to The View co-host Joy Behar.

Behar gave her clueless analysis during Monday’s show, attempting to shoot down claims by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) that he wasn’t concerned for his safety at the US Capitol on Jan. 6 because it wasn’t a BLM or Antifa event.

“If I was surrounded by people carrying weapons, people erecting nooses, screaming ‘hang Mike Pence,’ bludgeoning a police officer to death, I might be a little scared,” Behar said, incorrectly referencing the death of Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, whom media reports falsely claimed was beaten with a fire extinguisher.

“But Ron? No, he’s not scared of those people, he’s scared of this fictitious idea of Antifa. A thing that doesn’t even exist.”

When challenged by fellow co-host Meghan McCain that her claims about Antifa were “factually inaccurate and a lie,” Behar doubled down, referring back to statements by FBI Director Christopher Wray.

“I just want to clarify that Christopher Wray who was the FBI director says that Antifa is an ideology, not an organization. There is no sign that they were involved in the Capitol siege, let’s be clear,” Behar said.

“I’m not saying they were involved in the Capitol siege,” McCain tried to clarify. “I’m saying they exist.”

“That’s all, I’m done,” Behar responded.

“You said it was a fantasy. You said Antifa doesn’t exist and it’s a fantasy,” McCain answered.

“It’s an idea, it’s not a real thing,” Behar insisted as the show cut to break.

Meanwhile, Behar has on the other hand called the unarmed Jan. 6 pro-Trump protesters “terrorists.”

Last Thursday, Sen. Johnson told a Wisconsin radio show he did not feel threatened during the attack.

I “never really felt threatened” because the demonstrators were “people that love this country, that truly respect law enforcement, would never do anything to break a law,” he stated.

At the same time, Antifa rioters are currently confronting police and setting fires outside a federal courthouse in Portland.

A bill introduced in Montana last month would also designate Antifa as a domestic terrorism group.
