Comedian Andrew Schulz and radio host Charlamagne Tha God were asked by a viewer for an “honest” opinion on Donald Trump during a recent podcast.
Delivering a response that likely resonates with many Americans, Schulz pointed out the 45th President “is enticing because Democrats have failed to inspire us.”

He continued to note Kamala Harris did not obtain the Democrat Party nomination through the typical “democratic process” where she’d face off against other candidates.
Again speaking about Trump, Schulz said, “It’s nice to see someone bucking the system, especially when the systems, you feel like, have let you down.”
“If you feel let down by the pharmaceutical industry and he’s out here questioning it, you’re like, ‘Ooh, I kind of like that.’ If you feel let down by the military-industrial complex with all these wars were in and he’s like ‘We’re gonna stop these wars,’ you’re like, ‘Ooh, I like that.’ Because, you know if Kamala’s in we ain’t stopping no wars.”
The comedian suggested Trump’s popularity is due to him calling out institutions that have let Americans down in the past.
Meanwhile, when the “other candidate” fails to call out these institutions, people question whether they’re just a shill for those groups.
Pro-Trump messages like this are seeping into the mainstream despite the establishment’s efforts to control the narrative at every level.
