The Biden administration is set to fund a crack pipe distribution program to enable drug addicts in the name of “equity.”
The $30 million grant program through Health and Human Services (HHS) funds nonprofits and local governments to provide “smoking kits/supplies” to smoke crack cocaine or “any illicit substance.”
