U.S. Vice President JD Vance identified “out-of-control migration” to Europe as its most important issue during a scathing address at the Munich Security Conference in Germany on Friday.
“Of all the pressing challenges that the nations represented here face, I believe there is nothing more urgent than mass migration. Today, almost one in five people living in this country moved here from abroad. That is, of course, an all-time high,” the Vice President stated.
He noted that the number of immigrants from non-European countries to the E.U. has skyrocketed since 2021 – an influx that comes on the heels of the 2015 ‘migrant crisis’ that radically transformed the continent.
Vance pointed out that globalist technocrats deliberately opened the floodgates to millions of Third World invaders against the will of the European people.
“We know this situation didn’t materialize in a vacuum. It’s the result of a series of conscious decisions made by politicians all over the continent, and others across the world, over the span of a decade,” he asserted.
Vance’s comments came just hours after a 24-year-old rejected ‘asylum seeker’ from Afghanistan plowed a car into a crowd in Munich, injuring at least 36 people.
Authorities have now classified the attack as an act of Islamic extremism, as the suspect was reportedly yelling “allahu akbar” during his arrest.
“It’s a terrible story. One we’ve heard way too many times in Europe, and unfortunately too many times in the United States, as well,” Vance said.
“How many times must we suffer these appalling setbacks before we change course and take our shared civilization in a new direction?”
