Video circulating social media shows an irate New York mother yelling at school officials for apparently locking her child in the library because she wasn’t wearing a mask.
The video, shared by the Libs of Tik Tok account, shows a mother shouting at an administrator: “Nobody locks my kid in a goddamn library! This is not a detention camp. This is an educational facility!”

The video appears to show an officer and Manhasset Union Free School District official approach the mother.
“What library was my kid in? Because nobody locks my kid in a fucking library!” the mother shouted before following the officer and official out of the lobby.
Libs of Tik Tok reported this occurred after the New York Supreme Court ruled Gov. Kathy Hochul’s statewide mask mandate unconstitutional.
But an appeals judge restored Hochul’s mask mandate on Tuesday as the appeals process continues.
That aside, conservative political commentators on Twitter claimed false imprisonment and child endangering charges could be brought forth against the school.
