Trump on Saturday warned that he may be arrested Tuesday, citing “illegal leaks” from Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s investigation into Trump’s alleged hush payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels.
He also called on supporters to protest the unprecedented move by the Manhattan DA.
Officials have said his remarks could spark civil unrest should Trump be indicted, and several agencies have met to discuss security measures.
According to a Truth Social poll conducted by Paul Joseph Watson, about 85% of Trump supporters believe the expected arrest of the former president is a “January 6th-style trap.”
