Trump administration Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. went into hostile territory on Wednesday, taking questions from Trump derangement-suffering Democrat politicians during a Senate hearing.
Democrat Congresswoman Lois Frankel (Fla.) bizarrely asked the HHS secretary if government employees are being fired “based on merit” or if an Elon Musk “algorithm” is being used to determine cuts.
Kennedy responded, “I disagree with your entire characterization,” and accused her of pushing the Democratic Party narrative that “is just not true.”
“We weren’t cutting thousands of scientists, we weren’t cutting clinical trials, I mean everything you said was essentially dishonest,” he added.

During another exchange, Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) engaged in leftist fearmongering about measles, with RFK saying, “I want to correct you. We have about 1,100 measles cases in this country. The growth rate last year was fifteen additional, so we have plateaued. Mexico has roughly the same number with a third of our population and they got 300 extra cases last week…”

RFK also detailed how the Democrats spin his agency consolidating government offices into claims that the Trump administration is “eliminating” programs.

DeLauro tried to corner him on tobacco prevention funding. But Kennedy turned the tables, spotlighting the disastrous failures under her oversight.

At one point, Kennedy stated the HHS will soon be reissuing dietary guidelines in the U.S. and called out the Biden administration for allowing corporations in the food industry to place products such as the sugary breakfast cereal Fruit Loops at the top of the food pyramid.
The new guidelines will be minimized from 453 pages to four pages simply telling people to “eat whole foods,” which will “drive changes in school lunch programs” with the help of Congress.
Currently, Kennedy said the federal government’s Head Start free lunch program only provides pre-packaged sugar and chemical-filled foods.
“We’re poisoning this generation. 800,000 kids, the poorest kids in our country, and we’re starting them out with this count against them, you know, diabetes and pre-diabetes. 38% of our youth now are diabetic or pre-diabetic. That was ZERO when I was a kid,” he said.
Calling out Democrats for failing to work with the Trump administration, RFK asked Rep. DeLauro to give him credit for getting toxic dyes out of the American food supply after she failed to do so over twenty years of trying.
When she answered, “I’ll give you that credit,” Kennedy replied, “Alright, so let’s work together and do something that we all believe in, which is having healthy kids in our country for God’s sake. There’s no such thing as Republican children or Democratic children. There’s just kids and we should all be concerned with them.”

RFK Jr just lost it on congressional democrats.

In addition to striving for the Trump HHS to be the most effective it’s ever been, RFK said he wants the agency to be “the most compassionate,” tackling issues such as mental health and addiction.
The opioid epidemic and synthetic drugs such as fentanyl will be addressed in addition to promoting nutrition, exercise and healthy lifestyles.
Through the FDA, the government will “expand its food safety efforts through research, regulations, independence and education to remove harmful chemicals from food and packaging,” Kennedy added.
“Ending gain-of-function experiments and research based on radical gender ideology,” is another goal of the MAHA agenda.
