An American citizen is facing human smuggling charges after troopers found more than a dozen illegal aliens hiding behind a fake wall in a trailer he was towing in Texas, authorities say.
On Monday, Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) troopers pulled over a suspicious pickup truck and trailer on US 77 in Kenedy County.
The driver, identified as Houston resident Anthony Jhonson, can be heard telling troopers he was driving the vehicle for a friend and that the trailer contained a 1990s limousine.

Jhonson consented to a search and troopers began inspecting the interior of the trailer, determining the rear wall was potentially irregular.
After removing a panel of the divider, a trooper discovered people standing in the dark behind it.
“There’s people in there, bro,” the trooper exclaimed. “I’m going to get them out. It’s too hot.”
In total, 16 illegal aliens of unspecified origin were removed from the cavity.
Jhonson was arrested and charged with 16 counts of smuggling of persons with the likelihood of serious bodily injury or death.
The illegals were turned over to Border Patrol for processing.
Chaos unfolds constantly along the U.S.-Mexico border, as Infowars regularly reports.
