Anonymous federal agents told the Washington Post their investigations have turned up enough evidence to file tax evasion and gun charges against President Joe Biden’s crackhead son Hunter.

In an article published Thursday, The Post reported an undisclosed number of agents who “spoke on the condition of anonymity” believe they’ve got what they need to pursue charges against Hunter over possible failure to report income from his various business dealings, in addition to the possibility he lied on a Federal Firearms Licensee form.

“Agents determined months ago they had assembled a viable criminal case against the younger Biden. But it is ultimately up to prosecutors at the Justice Department, not agents, to decide whether to file charges in cases where prosecutors believe the evidence is strong enough to lead to a likely conviction at trial,” the Post reported.

Hunter himself admitted he was under federal investigation close to two years ago.

Tax charges would stem from Hunter improperly, or insufficiently reporting income from business deals, including overseas.

Federal firearm charges would concern Hunter’s signed Firearms Transaction Record, in which he obtained a gun after reportedly lying and answering “no” to a question about using, or being addicted to controlled substances.

“The gun paperwork part of the investigation stems from 2018, a time period in which Hunter Biden, by his own account, was smoking crack cocaine,” the Post reports.

“In October of that year, Biden purchased a handgun, filling out a federal form in which he allegedly answered ‘no’ to the question whether he was ‘an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?’”

“According to a book Hunter Biden later wrote about his struggles with substance abuse, he was using drugs heavily that year,” the Post continues.

Hunter’s attorney Chris Clark admonished the Post for publishing info leaked from federal agents.

“It is a federal felony for a federal agent to leak information about a Grand Jury investigation such as this one,” Clark said in a written statement. “Any agent you cite as a source in your article apparently has committed such a felony. We expect the Department of Justice will diligently investigate and prosecute such bad actors. As is proper and legally required, we believe the prosecutors in this case are diligently and thoroughly weighing not just evidence provided by agents, but also all the other witnesses in this case, including witnesses for the defense. That is the job of the prosecutors. They should not be pressured, rushed, or criticized for doing their job.”

The decision to pursue charges is ultimately up to US Attorney for Delaware David C. Weiss, a Trump appointee, the article indicates.

“The decision of whether to bring any charges would be up to prosecutors, who must assess whether they think that evidence is strong enough to win a conviction at trial,” reports the Wall Street Journal.

While there may be motion on the Hunter tax and gun fraud front, it’s disappointing neither of the Bidens are facing charges for larger crimes, like influence peddling and shady business deals conducted while the “Big Guy” was serving as vice president to Barack Obama, as well as incriminating details contained in numerous emails found on Hunter’s “laptop from hell” showing the Bidens were personally profiting from selling the country out to China and Ukraine.
