Though brief, the embarrassing video captures the deep weakness of Biden at a time when America’s opponents like Communist China and Russia are exercising bolder displays of strength in recent months.
This comes just days after Biden’s roundtable conference with governors was inexplicably cut short by his handlers after he attempted to answer questions.
